About

Anna offers a warm and respectful approach to helping people explore and address a range of issues, including life transitions, grief and loss, family and parenting issues, relationship challenges, trauma, and drug and alcohol problems. Anna has experience treating and providing support for a number of mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression.

Anna uses an eclectic approach to therapy based upon collaborative goals and the presenting needs of the client, and includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, (CBT), Schema Therapy and attachment based approaches as well as using mindfulness and psychodynamic theories. A person-centred and compassionate approach to therapy underpins all the work that Anna does with clients.
